Q: My boyfriend was involved in a car accident, where he ran a red light and hit another vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was seriously injured, in critical condition at the hospital. However, he was able to get a partial match on my boyfriend's license plate (which he gave to police.)The police were able to locate my boyfriend and charged him with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. How much time does he have to retain a lawyer? How do we go about this.. (Maricopa )
