04, Jul 2014 - Car chase ends in three arrests on Muncey Lane The California Highway Patrol and Del Norte Sheriff’s Office made multiple arrests after recovering a stolen vehicle on Wednesday. A California Highway Patrol officer noticed a 1990 Buick LeSabre traveling north on Elk Valley Road near Iowa Street. The officer recognized the vehicle as stolen and turned around to try to pursue the vehicle but lost it, according to CHP officer Brian Clemann.
