Q: Why are Parole Agents in San Joaquin, County violating people for petty violations? It's a waste of taxpayers money. Also, Governor Brown need to do away with Jessica Law due to it's forcing people into homelessness, and Parole have these guys wearing Ankle Bracelets which is Cruel & Unusual Punishment and violates the persons Constitutional Rights as well as their Due Process rights, when a Parolee have nowhere to live, Parole makes them go to the Slew Basically living in the ditch. Look at the law, then look at the people that this law has caused problems for these people. I don't think that the Governor reads these laws, people just hand it to the Governor, and he signs the law into affect not knowing that California is already in A big financial problem. What he should do is get rid of all the laws that was brought into affect before he became Governor, and toss them.
