21, May 2012 - Delaware passes home invasion law
A bill to establish home invasion as a crime unanimously passed the Delaware House May 17. If Gov. Jack Markell signs House Bill 277 into law, a perpetrator convicted of home invasion would face a minimum sentence of six years in prison.
