Deputies on Monday arrested the owner of a North Carolina bar where a missing Fort Bragg soldier was last seen. However, the charges Steven Cantrell faces are not related to Kelly Bordreaux’s disappearance. He was arrested on warrants for failing to appear in court and $400,000 in outstanding child support.
