At last year’s annual Town Meeting, former Selectman Lawrence Ashley cautioned voters to appropriate $25,000 toward the ailing Town Hall ramp rather than the requested $75,000 for a concrete ramp. Voters went along with Ashley’s suggestion, and it might have been the right move after all.
