LAWRENCE — Two local men are facing drug charges after police witnessed an alleged drug sale at Broadway and Cross Street Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. Charles Demailly, 46, of 248 Broadway, NO. 414, was charged with conspiracy to violate drug laws while Samuel Massa, 55, of 64 Manchester St., has been charged of possession of Class A and B substances.
