LEWISTON — A firefighter was arrested Thursday after Maine Drug Enforcement agents said they observed him buying crack cocaine. Peter Morrell, 47, of 21 Cleaves St., Auburn, was arrested at 3:27 p.m. in a parking lot at Sabattus Street and East Avenue and charged with possession of crack.
