He was found guilty of setting fire to a restaurant where he once worked. Des Moines County prosecutor Tyron Rogers urged the judge to order prison for Clegg to protect the community. Clegg's attorney had asked the judge to consider a sentence of probation.

BURLINGTON, Iowa (AP) - A Burlington man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for setting fires that damaged the Union Baptist Church last year. The Burlington Hawk Eye reports (http://bit.ly/KxidOk) that 45-year-old Victor Clegg Jr. was sentenced Monday.
