24, May 2012 - Gibson McDonald’s Manager Accused of Theft - WNEP-TV 16 The manager for a McDonald’s in Susquehanna County has been charged with stealing $10,000 from the restaurant in April. State Police said Stacie Congdon-Wilder of Montrose was the manager of the McDonald’s just off the Gibson exit of Interstate 81.
