AMERICUS — Sheriff Donnie Haralson of the Crisp County Sheriff’s Office will be the guest speaker at the South Georgia Technical College (SGTC) Law Enforcement Academy’s ninth graduation ceremony at 11 a.m. Friday in the Betty Deriso Pope Teleconference Room in the John M. Pope Industrial Technology Center on the SGTC Americus campus.
