James Thomas Golden, 31, of Waynesboro and Matthew Dent Warfield, 28, of Greencastle have been charged by Greencastle police with stealing three storm water drainage grates between April 21 and 23 in the 400 block of East Madison Street and 200 block of East Grant Street. Police said the men, who were charged with theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, sold the grates for scrap metal.
