Katie Marie Mickels, Palmyra (born 1985) entered a guilty plea to a Class C felony drug charge on May 7 in Marion County Circuit Court at Hannibal. Judge Rachel L. Bringer sentenced Mickels to four years with the Missouri Department of Corrections.
