13, Oct 2011 - Susquehanna Susquehanna County Man Dies While Working at Elk Mountain
According to Gibson State Police, 49-year old Wayne Tietz of Herrick Center, PA in Susquehanna County died on Elk Mountain Tuesday. According to authorities Teitz was an employee of the ski resort and was operating a tractor at the top of the Tunkhannock slope on the mountain, when the tractor rolled over several times down the slope. The investigation into the accident continues.
