30, May 2012 - Bristol City woman arrested on Virginia fugitive charge
A Johnson City woman was arrested Thursday for being a reported fugitive from justice in Bristol, Va., a police release said. Loretta Mathes, 69, 1506 E. Holston Ave., was picked up by police because of the Virginia charges. According to police, Mathes was located at 401 E. Main St.
