30, May 2012 - Court decision means no primaries for Clarendon County - Item
Manning attorneys Shaun Kent and Eleazer Carter, both of whom were removed from the Democratic primary for Senate District 36, will have to obtain more than 3,200 signatures in Clarendon, Sumter, Darlington and Florence counties, the areas represented by the seat.
