ORMOND BEACH, Fla. -- A Florida-based evangelist remains in the Orange County Jail on Thursday after federal agents accused him, and a woman, of transporting underage girls for sex. WESH 2 News learned of 57-year-old Luis Morales's arrest exclusively Wednesday.
