One of Rhode Island's Most Wanted sex offenders has been caught. The Providence Journal reports that 48-year-old Robert Doyle was arrested in the city on Monday afternoon. Officers had been making routine checks of other sex offenders when one of them recognized Doyle on Union Avenue.
