29, May 2012 - Florida man charged with child neglect The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says a Florida man has been arrested for child neglect. Officials say they discovered the problem while pursuing active warrants on David Daniel Paul Purselley at his residents in Baker, Florida.
