Lexington police arrested two North Carolina men for using fake credit cards to buy thousands of dollars in gift cards in Kentucky. According to the arrest citation, police stopped the car 22-year-old Jemil Rasheed and 21-year-old Stafford Boyd were in on Wednesday.
