2 prisoners taken to hospital, COs unhurt Correctional officers stopped a 45-man riot after about five minutes at Pelican Bay State Prison on Sunday morning. It took three warning shots, pepper spray, pepper spray grenades and the use of batons to stop the combative prisoners on general population Yard A around 9:35 a.m., said Lt.
