03, Jun 2012 - Man Extradited In Kentucky Murder Case
A man has been extradited for a Kentucky murder that occurred 14 years ago. On Thursday, Kentucky State Police extradited Shane T. Elkins back to Kentucky. Elkins was indicted on August, 22, 2011 for the murder of Michael Dean Bartley of Ezel that occurred on January 22, 1998. Bartley’s residence. A governor’s warrant was obtained for capital murder. The case remains under investigation.
