TheTruth: Justice? Pt. 2

This video was obtained from the District Court of Russell County, Kentucky via public record. Have you ever felt like you've had your Civil Rights violated in the court of law by a public offical? Here, we are going to take a look at a very intresting case that took place on 09/19/11 in the District Court room of the Russell County Justice Center in Russell County, Kentucky. This case involves an alleged violation of a no contact order, involving Mr. Brandon Roy, and Mr. Dale Anderson. Please pay very, very close attention to the comments and remarks made by the County Attorney Mr. Kevin Shear, and Mr. Dale Anderson, and how they contradict each other, as well as how they change their stories multiple times during this hearing. The Russell County Attorney knowingly made a biased, negative recommendation based on his belief of the character of Mr. Roy. Both Mr. Shear and Mr. Anderson lied under oath of the Commonwealth Of Kentucky, and comitted purjury to get the outcome they were hoping for. Notice, at 17:51 that Mr. Shear states that Mr. Roy was in the vicinity, but was NOT driving the vehicle related to this incident, and Mr. Anderson stated in this hearing that Mr. Roy did NOT have ANY contact with him at all. They are deliberately lying and changing their storie through this hearing to get the outcome they want. This is a major violation of Mr. Roy's Civil Rights given to him by the United States Of America, and he was falsely imprisoned for 30 days in a county jail ...
