Richey pleads not guilty to threatening judge

Ken Richey, of Tupelo, Miss. plead not guilty to threatening Judge Randall Basinger via voicemail on Dec. 31. The voicemail indicated that Richey was in Ohio and would come and get Basinger. Richey was extradited yesterday from Mississippi. Richey's bond was not set and is currently being held in jail.
