LOCKPORT, N.Y. (AP) - A western New York roofer has pleaded guilty to swindling a more than $600,000 from a retired businessman. The Buffalo News reports ( http://bit.ly/18N8ezV ) that 52-year-old David Marsh of Niagara Falls pleaded guilty Wednesday in Niagara County Court in a plea deal that allows him to avoid prison time while requiring him to make monthly payments to the victim.
