PORTSMOUTH Divers with the Virginia Marine Police on Saturday afternoon recovered the bodies of two men who capsized earlier in the day in the Rappahannock River near Tappahannock. The 15-foot boat had three people aboard, and a good Samaritan who noticed the boat from his home rescued one of them, according to a news release.
